0% Staff Turn Over Rate
The Australian economy is continuing to rebound and expand across a number of industries and sectors which has allowed businesses to emerge strongly from the Global Financial Crisis.
Recruitment drives are now increasing as a result of the growth but many companies are finding themselves in a similar position to pre 2008 where skills shortages posed difficulties. With a
limited amount of skilled workers available, companies are having facing tough competition with attracting new people to their business as well as retaining existing staff.
